Dream Maker Commercial Advisors, LLC was founded with one purpose: to help business owners bring their commercial real estate dreams to life. When asked why she does what she does, founder Amy Gibson answered simply, “I make business owners’ dreams come true by finding them the right brick-and-mortar location to legitimize and grow their business.”
Amy began her journey in 2013 as an assistant and steadily grew into a trusted expert and broker. She has worked across every sector — industrial, office, retail, multi-family, land, and specialty properties — but found her passion in representing buyers and tenants.
Branded as the Commercial Real Estate Dream Maker since 2022,
Amy has spent years earning her clients trust by turning their visions into real-world results.
In July 2025, Dream Maker Commercial Advisors
officially opened its doors to continue that mission under it's own banner.

Meet the Dream Maker
Amy Gibson is the Designated Broker and Owner of Dream Maker Commercial Advisors, LLC, in Mesa, AZ. She has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2013. Amy keeps up to date on the 5 commercial discipline markets within the Phoenix metro area including retail, office, Industrial, multi-family, and commercial land for buyers and tenants. Occasionally, we will do specialty properties as well such as churches and wineries. She provides the “GPS” for business owners to navigate the tricky process of leasing or purchasing a commercial property. By doing so, Amy drives Business Owners dreams to come true! She is the Commercial Real Estate “Dream Maker!”
One of Amy’s previous careers as an educator allows her to use her expertise as a teacher to educate new businesses on the potential pitfalls when leasing or purchasing commercial real estate. Another past career in the Automotive parts industry allows her to connect well with businesses such as auto repair and sales, HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, landscaping, and other industrial type needs. Amy is exceptionally detailed oriented with a desire to help all kinds of businesses find the right property to be successful.
Amy received the Best Agent Award in 2020 and 2021. She has also been in member of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women – NAPMW since 2018. Amy served as President of the Phoenix Association from 2022 – 2024. During her Presidency, Amy grew her local association from 12 members to 48 members. In 2023, Amy was the recipient of The National Spirit Award for exceptional growth of her local association. In 2025, Amy received the National Dorcus Ewell Leadership Award. Amy is now serving on the National Committee as Mentorship Chair providing guidance and strategies to grow other local associations around the nation.
Amy’s former careers in education and automotive parts management have been pivotal in giving Amy the additional skills to educate her clients, keep tight timelines during a transaction, and relate to so many different kinds of business owners.
